HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT: Transparency builds trust. We utilize the advancement of technology to keep all information in one place: from the client, to vendors, to sub contractors, to delivery and scheduling, to invoicing and beyond. Each client has a client portal to view their project which includes all of the above, along with detailed daily notes from the team indicating what was done that day, who was there, what to expect the next day, and other general notes important to the project. This is where the client can also respond and comment to the entire team at once. Photos and video are also uploaded daily – this is especially helpful for the many clients who do not live in their homes, or are traveling during the construction process.
